Adding a Conservatory on Existing Extension to Rear of Property

by Raynor » Mon Feb 29, 2016 9:51 am

Our semi already had a single storey extension in place when we bought it, 2.5m deep and extending the full width of the house. We are now thinking about the possibility of adding a conservatory on to this extension, is this going to be possible? Will obviously contact appropriate people but just wanting to find out whether it's worth starting the process. TIA.

I would say its unlikely, as you have already built past the existing buildings footprint, But contact your local planning officer for further confirmation.
