I have currently started a project building a desk and media center.
Like most people I throw some ideas together and started the project as had 5 days off work.
Originally I wanted oak but after a quick calculation on the vast amount of wood I need, I found it not an option.
If I replaced oak for the following cheaper alternative and sanded it back and finished the wood would it still look good or can you please reply with a link to what it would look like.
