Try Rockwool website, there have some good detail sheets there. There are also products such as acoustilay which is a matting laid on top of the floor. Might also be one called acoustimax.
However, any type of rubber matting will shrink when it's cold. It may also not be accepted by bg ctl
Also when laying matting on top you need to make sure that you insulated under all cpds, kitchen units etc,.
Of all the sound insulation problems I have encountered they have always been where the floors are upgraded. Ceiling upgrades seem alot more successful.
