hi guys can anyone recommend a product or paint system for untreated ash beams, im looking for a light or clear flat finish (no gloss or shine) to enhance the grain, i ve been told i can use vegetable cooking oil, linseed oil or danish oil but im concerned that these oils may creep onto the plaster proving difficult to cover with emulsion any thoughts many thanks
