I have an aging Housewarmer Deluxe backboiler, which feeds both Central Heating and Emersion water tank. Although all the radiators get hot, the Hotwater Emersion tank stays cool or at best warm. There is no sign of furring of pipes. I have two header tanks in the loft, one for hot water and the other for the heating system. What could cause the lack of heating of the hot water.
