Basin in Shower room? Drainage and wastage systems and plumbing help, advice and answers

Putting in a loo in a bedroom. Will have a door on the WC.
Also putting in a Shower room in the same bedroom. Will have a door.
Problem, do I have to have a basin in either the WC or shower room to meet BS6465 etc? The only hot water is via the electric shower.

To comply with regs, a hand washing facility with hot water is required near a toilet.
