Bathroom Illuminated Mirror From Fused Spur

by GR1587 » Tue Jan 24, 2023 5:25 pm

I am planning to put a light up mirror in the bathroom, using a fuse spur that was already there (was used for a fan heater)

It runs from the 32amp circuit breaker for the sockets on the main fuse board.

The mirror is 23w and input voltage is 240v.

Just want to double check this will be ok and I'm not missing anything

I think it will actually need to run from the lighting circuit and fuse with a 3a?
Just want to know the options before I get an electrician in.

Ignore my initial post, I can’t delete it.

I’m thinking Best option is to wire it from the junction box under the upstairs floorboards?

Posting in the correct forum also helps, this is the electrical tool review section. But since the site owners don't do anything (Despite my self asking on numerous occasions, and getting the same answer they gave 12 years ago) they don't care.
