Best antivirus program for pc

In my opinion the best antivirus to use is norton, but theres the expensive price tag that comes with it,

I cannot believe that anyone has used all the anti virus programmes - I started with AVG free some years ago.
It does the job and its free!

I have to agree avg is superb and free. I removed norton and installed avg and it picked up 3 viruses i had !!
Norton slows your system down too.

Yes, I have to agree, AVG is far better than Norton and, as said, it's free!!

Norton is the worst anti virus program there is!

Use AVG or Avast, both of which are free (with AVG you can also get free anti SPyware). Couple one of these with Zone ALarms firewall which is free (which is nice) and your system is protected...
