Hi,

What would be the best way to repair a leak at the party wall from front of chimney breast to property front? The copper and lead flat roof is mine and seems sound. The chimney and ridged roof is the neighbours.

Hi bpbpbp.
Suggest you investigate the tiled roof/flat roof junction and the gulley around the chimney. The gulley is very narrow for the roof area served and even a minor blockage in this area may lead to water ingress.
