I have dug out this old TV game which I want to show my granddaughter but it doesn't work with my smart tv using the coax cable fitted to the game - what do I need to do to get it to work on the tv?

In theory turn TV to analogue, in practice when we went from cathode ray tubes to plasma and LED TV many of the old games stopped working.

So even if your TV has no analogue input, and you could find an analogue to digital converter, likely it still will not work.
