hi, just purchased a bison bede stairlift on Ebay, was working fine when we took it out. it had a seperate platform at the top of the stairs. all the wires from the lift & the platform went in to the same junction box. we have disconected the platform wiring but can not get the lift to operate. has any one got any ideas, or a wiring diagram. there are no batteries in this model 240 volt all through.
