My son lives in a block of flats ( not council block, and buying it.) which are each heated by gas boilers in each flat. His one, and i suspect others cannot have the boilers replace with new gas boiler. something to do with DRILLING they cant do. He is vague about it and the only solution is Electric 3.times more expensive to run.
Any heating engineers any idea what drilling will be required. Block built circa 2003.
are there grants to change to cleaner electric?
