bonding or browning

what is the best plaster to use on breeze block or bare brickwork is it browing or bonding and what is the difference

Usually browning on brickwork or blockwork. Browning is for use of porous surfaces, bonding is used where surfaces are not so porous, eg concrete or concrete blocks. Bonding is very much more "sticky".
