bowing new roof!!!

have had a new flat top roof with 3 pitched sides put on extension but for
some reason when u look on sideways there seems to be a bow in it.

What could be the reason for this?

Assuming you are referring to looking at the drip edge of the flat roof you should expect a slight dip towards the middle to encourage water away for the three enclosed sides.
