Hello!
I have a detached brick garage, 16' x 8' which is very damp and prone to flooding.
The garage is situated at the bottom of a sloping driveway and about a foot inside the boundary.
I would like to demolish the garage and replace it with a composite building, built on a raised plinth so that it doesn't flood.
My question is this: is this a reasonable project?

Yes.

This pretty reasonable idea, raising it on plinth is exactly how you deal with flooding in that situation, just make sure you sort drainage first so water isnt constantly hitting the base.
