Can anyone offer advise in how to fix this issue.
The gear rod is stamped Gu 1601-2100 and has snapped where the gear box is located.
I can't find a part to replace it. But might be searching wrong.
It's got 2 separate boxes on the rod with the lock above the handle.
Can you get universal rods? Do I need to replace all the gear set around the door? Or a new door?
