Hi
I have managed to ascertain that the heat cartridge is broken in my bar shower. However hard I try I cannot remove the heat cartridge, it turns but it doesn't pull out as the other cartridge did. Because of this issue I have no hot water just warm water throughout the house.
My questions are:
Any suggestions on how to get it out?
If I need to replace the bar does it matter that the heat cartridge is on the right rather than the left (all videos I have watched say the heat cartridge should be on the left)
