Hi All,

I’m trying to find a brick match for an extension build and I’m struggling. The original house brick was from Caradale and it’s called Royal Rustic. They went out of business in 2011 and I haven’t been able to find anything suitable yet. Has anybody got any suggestions or had to overcome the same challenge and managed to find something suitable.

When I can reduce the file sizes I’ll post some photos.

Matching bricks which were manufactured 10 or 20 years ago is difficult even if the same manufacturer is still operating.
Find a dedicated brick merchant and ask what they suggest. If your house has cavity walls you could remove the outer skin, clean up the bricks and use them in critical areas.
