Hi there,
Can anyone advise on what is the likely cause of the cracks as shown on photos. Would this be an expensive fix? The house was built in 1940 and I am considering purchasing it!

Hi, it's so hard to say the cause of these by just looking at pictures personally if you are looking to purchase this house I would get a professional in to assess this.
