Hiya
I'm about to move house and want to take my light fittings with me.
It's an old house and the wiring is at least 12 years old. ie red/black wiring.
I'm fairly confident with lighting circuits and how they are wired, but am I allowed to change the fittings for a basic rose myself. Do I need to get the roses checked and obtain a certificate once there in.
