My husband replaced a radiator this morning and after putting it all back together he bled all the radiators in the house and turned the system on but nothing happened! The boiler did not fire and there's no noise from the pump. He checked the thermostat and the timer and tried bleeding the system from the vent valve on the pump but still nothing. Please could someone suggest what we should do next?

Ugly Kid Jo,
If you have a sealed system you will need to re-pressurise it, this is generally done through a filling loop.
