Looking for some advice,
300 years of different coatings (lime wash, wet dash, dry dash, paint etc) has left the stonework on my house in a bit of a mess!
Currently removing the dry dash render in which it was most recently clad and looking for advice on how to clean the exposed stonework,
I've heard quite a few suggestions (jet wash, needle gun, acid, sand blast, wire brush) but I'm not really convinced by any of them for various reasons,
I've also heard of a machine which is like a cross between a grit blaster and power washer? But don't know what it's called or where I could hire one?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
