The overflow pipe for the cold water tank is absolutely pouring with water. We have followed advice to try and bend the ball arm so it is below the current water level, but the problem is the tank is far too near to the loft roof. Also the arm is thick metal, so along with its proximity to the roof ,we can't actually bend the arm. Any suggestions?
