I have a new Baxi Platinum 33HE combi. My problem is that it takes about 3 minutes and several gallons of water run before I get hot water. Is this normal?

hi jl no its not normal if boiler is nearly new call your fitter under warranty if he does not respond call the boiler company all the best john

Thanks for that John but the plumber says that it is installed exactly to Baxi specs
