Concealed Hinges_ holes

what is the distance from the edge of the hole and the edge of the panel ( a-c edge) assuming you need to make holes to fit 26mm or 35mm concealed hinges?

Hi. It can vary depending on what you need to do. For the 35mm hinges I’d go for 23mm from edge to centre of hole. Unless you have a really odd situation I suspect that’ll work. I don’t remember the figure for the other size hinges off the top of my head. Sorry.

Most manufacturers have a data sheet, which is probably on their website. I have an old woodfit (google them) catalogue which has all the measurements in, and which I refer to when necessary.

When in doubt, make a mock up!
