Hi
This will be my first concrete post fence so excuse me if the question sounds a little simplistic.
I am going to be using 6ft x 6ft wooden panels with 150mm gravel boards with 8ft posts.
If the accepted wisdom is that 2ft of the concrete post sits underground and the fence post is 6ft high...how do i fit the gravel board in as we are already at 8ft at this point - 2 below, 6 above ground?
Do I set the fence post in a shallower hole?
