Am I ever likely to get planning permission to convert this? Only looking to do a one story but of course it would come in taller than the current garage and I'd like to put a gabled roof on it.
Ultimately, I need to speak to the council, but if anyone could give their insight into whether or not they think it would be an outright no, that would be much appreciated.
