Any help appreciated.
I'm due to move into a house with a downstairs shower room [inc. toilet/basin].
I have no need for the shower - I'd rather remove the shower function and place a washing machine in its place instead. The shower is a cubicle built into the wall, rather than a standalone unit.
Is the above do-able and legal? There's no bath in the room.
