Hi all,
I have two showers both on normal valves, gravity fed system with a 1.4bar pump, the outlets from the pump are split into two feeds, one for each shower. I have one shower directly below the pump and that one is nice and hot and powerful.
The problem is with the other shower which is about 30 feet away horizontally but the same distance as the other shower vertically. This shower is weaker and is significantly cooler. Sometimes it takes ages just to get cool. I can speed it up by removing the showerhead and blocking the hose for a few seconds, I then get a rush of bubbles followed by warmer water.
I am thinking the pump is not powerful enough to push the hot water that distance, any other ideas ?
