Costins of Removal of Shower Screen to Fix Leak

by hoyle23 » Fri Sep 30, 2016 4:31 pm

Hello,

I have a leak from my shower and have been advised it will need to be removed and sealed and then re attached to fix the leak. I can see the water coming through below so I don't have doubts this is the problem.

For this they have estimated it would take 3-4 hours. I am looking to see if anyone would have a rough price for this and if this time period sounds reasonable?

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks,
Andrew.

Hi

Can you not seal down the inside edge with clear silicone, this will save taking that shower screen off, and you could possible do it yourself
