Covering Scorch Marks on Stone Effect Ceramic Tiles

by John 76Epsom » Tue Aug 09, 2016 1:35 pm

Hello all, I've had some stone effect ceramic wall tiles put up in my kitchen, but have only just spotted that some of them have small black scorch marks on them. My dad put them up for me, and he was using a small angle grinder to cut them, which must have caused this. I'm guessing he didn't spot these marks.
I can't get them out now as they are behind a fitted ceramic sink, so I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way to cover these black marks. I've seen a product called LTP Glaze Protector, and that sounds like a good finish if I can cover/remove the marks first. Is there any sort of paint or colour I can put on ceramic tiles?
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks, John
