Cutting LVT flooring along the skirting which has a stud wall built on it.

We have a small cloakroom that was partitioned off after the LVT was originally installed so the stud wall is built on the LVT. I need to remove the LVT and therefore cut it as close to the skirting as possible, but which tool would be best to do this?
