Cutting Norfolk Red bricks with an angle grinder

by Chris Knights » Thu Aug 14, 2008 1:48 pm

I,m using a large angle grinder for cutting bricks to size to replace crumbling norfolk reds in my cottage. I,ve damaged a few discs when it snatches without warning, not to mention my shoulder.I.m using no pressure at all and have cut 20 or so bricks successfully but would appreciate some advice from someone that knows what they,re doing!!

I'm presuming you are using carborundum discs, if you are, hire/borrow a diamond blade to do this.
