Hi can anyone help please.
I have taken my wallpaper off to decorate and the wall is black and very damp (needless to say the paper fell off)
I live in a converted bungalow and looked at the chimney where it comes into the loft and that also is soaked and crumbling.
Looking outside the chimney has had new flashing and looks in good order. Where else could it be getting in in such large amounts?[/b]
