Hi All
I've recently had a floor to ceiling membrane installed on a ground floor party wall. The job seems to have been successful however the ceiling of my fireplace recess and now spreading down damp patches are becoming visible. The chimney breast is sealed off at the bottom. The house is up for sale and I just want to avoid any negative survey report. I have a 10 year guarantee from the work that's been done however I think this may be caused by something different. Please advise???
