Hi I'm after some help please,I have a Damp Patch on the Internal Edge of my Bay Window just above the Window Sill,It is Damp and is also powdery to the touch,I can't see any obvious signs inside or out but hopefully you guys can see something I can't.Thanks for any help at all with this.

Looking at your third image the lower part of the wall is very damp. The easiest solution would be to treat the wall with a silicone based sealer once the weather improves and the wall dries out.
