Hi I have what seems to be a damp patch on a bedroom wall. The paint is all bubbled up and flaking. The wall is an interior wall and I can't understand what's causing it. The house is mid terraced, the wall it's on would be the wall between us and our neighbour so a brick wall. We sleep the the window open so room has good air circulation and we don't dry any clothes in the room so it has me puzzled. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
