I have got all wet patches on internal wall on the upright of the window which forms part of the chimney breast.
I've silicone beaded that window and the 1st floor window. But I think it's coming in from the top half of the house which is rendered and does have cracks in. I've posted some picks to illustrate. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. This is my first time posting so sorry if I haven't followed etiquette.
