Descale and Reseal Travertine Tiles in Shower

I have a shower with Travertine tiles. I am looking for advice on the best way to descale & reseal the tiles and also renew and reseal all the silicone.

Also, is this a job to small for a tradesman? And who would be best suited, a tiler ? Plumber
