Design Query for Bathroom and Installing new Shower

by Demonica66 » Sat May 05, 2018 11:23 am

Hello forum. I have a question that I am hoping someone can advise me on. We have a WC downstairs and a bathroom upstairs with separate WC next door to it (connecting wall but separate room). We need to fit a shower. I am unsure whether we should convert the separate upstairs WC into a shower room, moving the WC into the bathroom or keep it as a separate WC and have an over bath shower? The bathroom itself is not big enough to accommodate a separate shower cubicle. I need to consider selling in the next few years and wonder what option would make it more saleable? I am aware that an overhead shower would be cheaper, quicker and less messy, but I am prepared for the inconvenience if it makes our home more desirable. Apologies if this is not the correct forum; I am a newbie here! Thank you in advance.
