Disconnecting a gas hob temporarily

by ZoolPool » Sat Jun 27, 2020 7:38 pm

Hopefully an easy one. I need a gas hob disconnecting temporarily.

Can I just turn this valve and remove the pipe that goes to the hob? Then reconnect it in a few days?

Thanks all!

Hi zoolpool
Yes you can isolate you hob using the valve but mods to the pipe work should be carried out by gas safe engineer.
