:( My diswasher leaves scum on the dishes! i have cleaned the drain, cleaned the machine with the recommended product but nothing works?
can anyone help?

Is there salt in the reservoir, if yes the softener unit may not be working.

Have you:
a) Topped up the salt?
b) Done the same with the rinse aid?

Are the plates very hot to the touch just after the m/c finishes, if not the m/c could not be heating the water upto the high tempratures reqd to clean the dishes effectively.
