The humidity levels in my house can be as high as 90 percent particularly in the morning when everyone gets up. I have recently been in my loft and found the insulation which is only a few years old is made up of some aluminium bubble foil at the bottom. With 100mm base layer insulation on top and 200mm top up layer on top of that. I was wondering whether this could be contributing to the high humidity levels. When I compare my house windows in the morning mine are extremely condensated and neighbouring houses are absolutely fine. When talking to the neighbours the only variable I can find is the insulation
