Does Anyone Recognise Whether This is Wet Rot or Dry Rot?

by kevrmorris » Thu Mar 05, 2015 1:33 pm

Hi

I have found this area of timber in my loft. I'm not sure that's it is wet rot or dry rot? I don't recognise it. The affected timber has turned to delicate strands. There are very fine 'crystals' on the area.
Feedback would be very much appreciated.
