[Maintenence Man]

I need to remove, then later re-hang a Swing Door which has Dorma mechanism fitted. The door is pivoted in the lining head and in the floor, the pivots are in the hanging stile 2" from the jamb.
Has anyone out there had experience of hanging this type of door and can tell me how to go ahead
