drainage help me pls

can anyone tell me the requirements for soil pipe underground to a down stairs toilet , as in water traps , is the one in the pan suficient or would a pee trap out side underground be required ?

Hi

The one in the pan will be fine on its own.

Must be connected to an inspecton chamber outside to allow for rodding.

thank you elwood , am i right in thinking that a pee trap would be required if it was an upstairs toilet or their were sink and bath wastes going into it ?
