The house has a downstairs toilet only. I want to put one in the bathroom which is directly overhead. There is a waste pipe from the bathroom down through the reinforced concrete floor. The floor is 18cm thick. The hole for the waste pipe is about 5cm dia. I do not want one of the electric toilets which would grind the waste up to pass down a small pipe. So I need to make a 10cm dia hole in the reinforced concrete. What is the best way to do this?
Be very careful as drilling that size hole through a concrete floor may depending on the construction, seriously compromise the structural integrity of that section of floor.
