drilling in to metal lintals(?) General problems, solutions, information and advice on fixing to walls of all kinds

Hi Need to know tpye of drill bit and what speed to drill in to metal lintal (not sure if spelt that right). It's just to get a screw fixing for vertical blinds. Do you have to drill metal slower?
