Hello I have formated my computer and reinstall windows xp and drivers . Only problem I am facing is I can not able to use my dvd. Its telling please insert dvd. If any one wants to share their experince to solve this problem.

1. Uninstall the DVD drive in Device Manager.

2. Reboot and see if Windows then finds it.

Try that first. If that doesn't work follow the instructions from here Google "support.microsoft.com/kb/314060/" which covers both Vista and XP.
