Hi, I've just helped a neighbour to move his oven unit slightly and to do this we took it out of the oven housing/ I noticed there wasn't any protective foil on the chipboard housing when it came out, is this normal? or should he have some protection inside?

hi quite normal as oven is well insulated internally
